本文报道250例腹部闭合性损伤引起的腹膜后血肿,术前均诊断为腹部脏器损伤,均经手术处理。死亡30例。就诊断和治疗中值得引起重视的问题进行了讨论。

Hematoma resulted from fracture of pelvis or spine, injury of retroperitoneal viscerae, or blood vessels in most of the cases 93 cases （37.2%） were complicated with hemorrhagic shock. 30 patients died, mostly from hemorrhagic shock. It is therefore believed that immediate and energetic measures being taken to combat the hcmorrhagic shock is one of the key points in lowering the mortality rate Due precaution should also bc taken in the diagnosis, not to miss any coexisting; injury of the pancreas, duodenum or colon located behind the posterior pcritoneum Accurate diagnosis and proper treatment of the complications are also essential to the success of salvation Diagaosis and treatment of retroperitoheal hematoma are discussed.
