Diagnosis and Treatement of Closed Traumatic Rupture of Testis: A Report of 5 Cases

本文报告5例闭合性外伤性睾丸破裂病例,结合文献就其发病机制、诊断和治疗进行讨论。

Closed traumatic rupture of testis is rare Clinical diagnosis is relatively difficult. Sometimes it is mis diagnoesed as simple scrotal hematoma, which often results in delay of necessary treatment. If traumatic rupture of testis issuspected, early surgieal intervention is advised in order to save the organ In this papers we present 5 cases with traumatic rupture of testis. Among them, 2cases yielded satisfactory outcome by means of testicular repair within 2 days after injury. The author stresses that early sxploration is preferred so as to avoid misdiagnosis and delayed treatment of ruture of testis.
