摘要
Renal α_1-adrenoceptors are involved in the regulation of renal blood flow, glomerular filtration rate, renin secretion, and sodium, calcium and bicarbonate reabsorption. This paper reviews the characterization of rat renal α_1-adrenoceptor subtypes, their signaling mechanisms, their possible functional roles, and their regulation in the spontaneously hypertensive rat(SHR).
