本文报告76例骨盆骨折,重点讨论了骨折的分型及临床意义,也涉及到休克和常见合并伤的治疗问题。文章提示,如果不尽快地纠正休克和即时处理威胁生命的合并伤,要降低严重骨盆骨折患者的死亡率是不可能的。

Seventy-six patients of fracture of pelvis have been treated in our hospital since 1979. Clinical signific ante of classification of pelvic fracture for evaluation and as a guide in the management is discussed. Energetic treatment for the associated shock and other injuries are stressed. It is suggested that without dealing correctly with the shock associated injuries, it is hardly possible to lower down the mortality rate among severe sufferors.
