老年高血压患者服药依从性调查

Drug compliance of elderly patients with hypertension

目的:探讨老年高血压患者服药依从性的影响因素,寻求高血压康复干预的有效途径。方法:采用治疗依从性问卷对福州市9所综合性医院住院老年高血压患者288例的院外情况进行回顾性调查。调查内容包括患者的一般资料、社会学资料、疾病资料、治疗依从性的评价等4方面资料。结果:老年高血压患者服药依从性佳者有119例(41.3%);影响服药依从性的主要因素是年龄、医疗费用支付方式、服药次数、近期效果、医院医疗服务、总病程和社区干预。回归决定系数R2=0.312。方程分类能力达74.3%。结论:健康教育、社区干预、简化治疗方案加强药物护理和建立合作性护患关系有利于提高老年高血压患者服药依从性。

AIM： To investigate the influencing factors of drug compliance in elderly hypertensive patients, so as to find out effective methods for the rehabilitation intervention of hypertension. METHORDS： The conditinns of 288 elderly inpatients with hypertension in 9 comprehensive hospitals of Fuzhou city after hospitalization were retrospectively investigated with the questionnaire of therapeutic compliance, which included the general information, sociological data, disease condition and drug compliance of the patients. RESULTS： Drug compliance of 119 （41.3%） elderly hypertensive patients was good. The main influencing factors of drug compliance were age, medical payment）, frequency of taking drug, recent efficacy, medical service of hospital, disease courses and eummunity interventions. The regression determination coefficient R^2=0.312. The classification ability of equation reached 74.3%. CONCLUSION： Health education, community intervention, simplification of medical prugram, reinforcement of drug nursing aad establishment of cooperative relationship between nurse and patients are good for the improvement of drug compliance in ehterly hypertensive patients.
