摘要
采用粒度分析仪测定纳米SiO2在脲醛树脂的分散状态,并运用正交试验手段,研究改性低毒脲醛树脂的最佳制备方法.结果表明,当甲醛与尿素的摩尔比为1.15,合成树脂后于室温下采用机械共混法导入0.5%表面经硅烷偶联剂KH550处理过的纳米SiO2时,所制成的改性脲醛树脂压制的胶合板甲醛释放量达到E1级,胶合强度达到Ⅱ类板要求,成本估算比纯脲醛树脂高5%左右,但环保性能好,社会效益和生态效益明显.
The diffusion state of nano-SiO2 was determined by particle size analysis and the optimum preparation method for modified UF resin with low toxicity was studied through orthogonal experiments. The results showed when F/U molar ratio was 1.15 and 0. 5% nano-SiO2 , incorporated with silane coupling agent KH550, was put into UF resin by rapid mixing, the dissociative formaldehyde release of the plywood, pressed by the modified UF resin, reached E1 grade and its bonding strength met the demand of class two plywood. It costed 5% more than pure UF resin but had good environment-protection performance, obviously social and ecological benefits.
