摘要
以摩擦牵引机理实验研究为前导,研究了基于小波变换的摩擦牵引系统防滑治滑随机预测监控系统.研究表明:小波变换不仅能完全剔除噪声干扰,而且能有效提取信号中的特征信息.基于小波变换的摩擦牵引系统防滑、治滑策略研究主要内容包括:防滑、治滑机理;3次B样条小波变换对摩擦牵引副蠕动信号的分析处理;CPLD-DSP监控系统的硬件结构和软件编程.
Based on the study of friction haulage system mechanism experimentation, studied the policy of guarding against sliding and random forecast monitor of friction haulage system based on wavelet transform. The results show that wavelet transform not only clean weed noise, but also can effectively abstract signal character. The content of studing on guarding against sliding policy of friction haulage system based on wavelet transform includes: mechanism of guarding against sliding, analysis of quadratic B spline wavelet transform with the friction haulage system squirm distortion signal, and hardware project and the software programme of CPLD -DSP control system.
