排球运动员流畅心理状态研究

Research on Flow State of Volleyball Athletes

采用《运动员流畅心理状态量表》对60名排球运动员进行了调查,分别比较了不同性别、不同训练年限、不同运动等级的排球运动员在流畅心理状态9个指标上的差异,结果发现,男子排球运动员比女子排球运动员的得分要好,运动等级高的运动员对自己的技术越有信心,并且对自己的目标非常清楚。

60 volleyball athletes completed the Flow State Scale （FSS）, the study compared the difference of different sex, different training years, and different levels. The result showed that different sex athletes have significant difference, and high level athlete have higher confidence than low level athletes.
