长时间运动对小鼠酮体代谢的影响 被引量:5

Research on Effects of Prolonged Exercise on Ketone Body Metabolism in Mice

摘要 将昆明种4~6周龄雄性小白鼠随机分为运动前安静对照组、运动后即刻对照组、运动后即刻运动组、运动后2 h对照组和运动后2 h运动组.三组对照组不进行运动,运动后即刻运动组和运动后2 h运动组作一次性静水负重游泳运动,持续时间为120 min.分别测定血液、肝脏、骨骼肌和脑中的酮体,肝、骨骼肌糖原以及血糖、脑糖、血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)等指标.结果显示:一次性长时间游泳运动引起小鼠体内糖储备显著下降、血清FFA明显升高、酮体含量相应增加.提示:运动性酮体代谢与体内糖储备以及脂肪分解状况有关. Forty-seven 4-to-6-week-old male mice were randomly divided into five groups: the rest control group, the immediately-after-swimming control group, the immediately-after-swimming swimming group,the two-hour-after-swimming control group, and the two-hour-after-swimming swimming group. Three control groups were killed at rest, however, the other tyro groups were killed immediately or tyro hours after two-hour-fixed-load swimming respectively. The concentrations of blood ketone body (KB), liver KB, muscle KB, brain KB were measured as well as the levd of liver glycogen, muscle glycogen, glucose, brain carbohydrate, and serum free fatty acid (FFA). The results showed that a bout of prolonged exexcise significantly decreased glycogen stores, markedly increased the concentration of serum FFA, and the level of KB correspondingly rose. Clew: sports KB metabolism relates to the slams of glycogen stores and fatty catabolism.
