慢性镉中毒小鼠精子头及顶体形态计量学研究

Morphometrical Study on the Spermatozoal Head and Acrosome of the Mouse with Chronic Cadmium Poisoning

应用透射电镜和细胞形态计量技术对慢性镉中毒小鼠精子头及顶体形态定量分析。对5只镉中毒雄性小鼠及5只正常对照鼠进行体视学研究,获取了22个特征参数。结果显示:精子头皮细胞核的截面平均周长、平均截面积、平均表面积、平均体积显著减小;顶体腔隙算术平均厚度、体积密度、平均截面积也显著减小,顶体的比表面却明显增大,与正常对照组有高度显著性差异(P<0.001～0.01)。该研究为镉对精子头顶体的损伤提供了客观形态定量指标。

TEM and cell morphometry technique were applied to analyse the spermatozoal head and acrosome of the mouse with chronic cadmiu mpoisoning. The spermatozoal head and acrosome in 5 male mice with chronic cadmium poisoning, and 5 normal controls were studied by stereology. Twenty—two characteristic parameters were calculated. The results showed that the mean perimeter, the mean profile area, the mean surface area and the mean volume of the spermatozoal head and their nucleus were decreased markedly. The mean arithmetic thickness, volume density and mean profile area of the aerosome were deereased markedly, but the specific surface of acrosome was increased comparing with the normal control group. There was a statistically difference (P<0.001～0.01). The investigation provides an objective basis for morphologieal changes of the spermatozoal head ard acrosome of the mouse by chronic cadmium intoxication.
