摘要
在简述体育教师职业倦怠的现状及影响的基础上,试从社会、组织、职业、个人等不同方面解析引起体育教师职业倦怠的原因,并提出缓解的思路和策略:建立完善的社会保障体系;创设良好的学校组织环境;加快体育教师专业化进程;加强体育教师自身建设。
Based on the brief reviews on the current situation of de-professiornalism of PE teacher and its impacts, this paper attempted to explore the causes which lead to de-professionalism in the multiple-dimension level, including society, organization, occupation, individual. The strategy and approaches of solving the problems were given. It is suggested to set up the well-constructed social insurance system, create a good organization environment of school, enhance the processes of professionalization of P.E. teacher, and enforce self-construction of P.E. teachers.
