摘要
本文介绍脊髓腹背两侧挤压伤致瘫的小动物模型。本法致伤部位准确,脊髓损伤的病理变化主要集中在脊髓腹侧,是临床常见的病变部位。本试验采用微型压力传感器与挤压致伤钩连接,性能可靠,灵敏度高。
A new model of ventrodorsal compression injury in the rats is reported. The special trauma-producing apparatus consists of a frame and column for fixation, a hook for producing injury, a pressure trancer, a stable power source and a count volmeter The spinal cord was injuried by force of 8~260 grams The results showed that the hindlimb motor function of all animals injuried by force under 58 grams recovered after 6 weeks) those of 59~87 grams recovered incompletely; while those over 88 grams resulted in permanent paraplegia This new model is reproduceable and similar to the clinical patients with spinal cord trauma.
