Chest Injuries Associated with Multiple Injuries:A Report of 139 Cases

本文报告139例胸外伤合并多处伤,占同期收治胸部外伤病例的82%,年龄最小5岁,最大76岁。14例入院后2～15天才诊断明确,延误诊断率10%。死亡18例。本文就早期诊断,及时处理和优势创伤等值得引起重视的问题进行了讨论。

One hunded and thirty-nine cases of chest injuries associated with multiple injuries are reported.These accounted for 82% of all chest injuries hospitalized ia the Same period. Out of them, Correct diagnois was not made in 14 cases until 2 days after injury or even as late as 15 days. Eighteen patients died, in which 11 were due to hemorrhage and traumatic shock, 5 to craniocerehral wounds and 2 to shock lung. Early diagnosis, timely management as well as proper judgement in concern with the order of preferential treatment of the injuries are elucidated.
