摘要
本实验利用硝酸镧电镜示踪技术观察了大鼠经受冲击波后不同时限心肌细胞超微结构及细胞膜通透性的变化.这些变化包括。①心肌细胞膜通透性增加较超微结构改变出现早,恢复慢;②心肌细胞膜通透性增加呈局限性分布;③心肌细胞膜通透性增加以伤后6、24小时组为显著;④进入心肌细胞的镧颗粒主要分布在线粒体周围及肌微丝上。发生这些变化的可能原因是:①冲击波的直接效应;②应激反应;③肺部病变的影响。
