本文以制度范式来分析中国农村金融制度的历史和现实变迁。本文认为,农村金融制度的决定和变迁是国家及其代理人、农户和其他城市利益集团之间利益互动的产物,其中国家的角色非常重要。农户阶层对金融资源支配权的完整与否决定了农村金融制度未来变迁的效率。

This paper reviews historical and present changes in China’s rural financial system in the background of interest interaction among the stakeh olders: government’sagency, the farmer and the urban interest group, where the role of state remains the decisive one. A sound policy should be comprehensive and lead to gradual marketization and meat the farmer’s interests
