摘要
对测定血清α_１－抗胰蛋白酶（α_１－ＡＴ）常用的酶法和免疫测定法进行了比较。结果表明，火箭免疫电泳法的灵敏度、准确性优于酶法。用这两种方法同时测定癌性及非癌性肺疾病患者的血清α_１－ＡＴ，与正常对照组比较，肺癌及非癌性肺疾病组血清α_１－ＡＴ水平均明显增高；用免疫测定法测定的结果还显示，肺癌组血清α_１－ＡＴ高于非癌性肺疾病组，差异有显著性。提示血清α_１－ＡＴ的改变可能对肺癌的临床诊断和鉴别有参考价值。
The serum alpha-1-antitrypsin (α1-AT)concentration of lung cancer and non-neoplastic diseases was determined by trypsin inhibition enzymatic, immunodiffusion and immunoelectrophoresis methods. The results showed that 1. the serum α1-AT level of lung cancer and non-neoplastic diseases was significantly elevated than that of normal control (PM0.001 )using both enzymatic and immunological methods. 2. the serum α1-AT level of lung cancer was significantly higher than that of non-neoplastic lung diseases according to immunological result (P<0.05). This result indicates that α1-AT, as a acute phase reactant, is found higher in the condition of cancer, infection and inflamation, so that serum α1-AT may be useful in the diagnosis or recognition of lung cancer.
