基于光学方法的DCS动态析出与沉积的研究

摘要 介绍了一种基于光学方法的评价湿部DCS析出的测量装置。分析了该装置主要设计原理、各部分的构造以及所采用的光学传感器的校正方法,并利用其探讨了不同剪切速率、阳离子需求量、电导率、pH值等对马尾松TMP中分离出来的DCS沉积与析出的影响,以及DCS中油酸和三油酸甘油酯等树脂成分以及常用的施胶剂松香、硫酸铝等物质对白水中DCS沉积的影响。研究结果表明,该装置是一种有助于监测DCS析出与沉积的有效工具。 An optical instrument for estimating the destabilization and depositability of DCS was developed. The design principle, configuration and the calibration of the sensor of the instrument were discussed in this paper. A group tests for DCS deposition of a TMP filtrate were performed under different shear strengths in this instrument, The influence of cationic demand, conductivity, pH value of TMP filtrate. On the DCS deposition was analyzed. Meanwhile, the influence of glyceride trioleite, oleic acid as the main parts of colloidal substances, rosin and aluminum sulfate as popular sizing agent on deposition was also evaluated respectively. The results showed that this instrument is an effective tool for estimating the destabilization and depositability of DCS in the wet end of paper machine.
