阳离子改性明胶的特性及在纸浆中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 以明胶、丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为主要原料,采用特殊工艺通过自由基共聚反应合成了阳离子改性明胶。利用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,探讨了其对不同浆种增强及施胶效果的影响。结果表明,阳离子改性明胶对阔叶木浆有很好的增强作用,而对草浆有很好的辅助施胶效果。 In this paper, a series of cationic modified gelatin were synthesized with gelatin, methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride (DMC) and acrylamide (AM) by radical copolymerization using special technology,Cationic modified gelatin was characterized and analyzed by IR,Meanwhile, the effects of cationic modified gelatin as wet-end chemicals on the reinforcing and the sizing of different pulps were discussed in detail, The results showed that cationic modified gelatin could improve the physical properties of hardwood based paper obviously ; it could improve the sizing degree of wheat pulp as sizing aid.
