摘要
为提高污染医疗器械物品的洗涤质量,对器械消毒清洗机清洗加手工清洗方法的效果进行了观察。结果,处理前器械上污染菌数超过1000 cfu/件者占50%;隐血阳性者占96%;目测较脏(不洁净)者占65%。经过消毒清洗处理后的器械物品,仅有少量存活细菌,95%以上的器械细菌数少于10 cfu/件;隐血检测合格率达到98%以上;洗涤洁净度达到98.5%以上。结论,污染的医疗器械,经过自动清洗机有效清洗消毒,辅助人工洗刷,配合酶洗剂和加热处理,可以保证洗涤质量。
In order to improve the quality of washing contaminated instruments and articles, the efficacy of washing by instrument disinfection - washing machine plus manual washing was observed. Results: Before washing, the instruments with bacterial count exceeding 1000 cfu/piece accounted for 50% , those with positive occult blood accounted for96% and grossly dirty (unclean) instruments accounted for 65%. After disinfection and washing, only a few living bacteria were found on the instruments and articles and over 95% of the instruments showed bacterial count less than 10 cfu/piece. Eligible rate of occult blood examination attained over 98% and washing cleanliness attained over 98.5%. Conclusion : Cleaning of contaminated medical instruments by effective washing and disinfection with automatic washing machine, coupled with manual washing and brushing and treatment with enzymatic detergent and heating, can ensure the washing quality.
