摘要
采用试管稀释法和琼脂稀释法研究纳他霉素对真菌的抑菌效果,观察影响其不同防腐效果的因素.结果,应用琼脂稀释法和试管稀释法测得纳他霉素对3种试验菌株的最低抑菌浓度为1.25~5.0 mg/L和0.62~1.25 mg/L,试管稀释法结果明显好于琼脂稀释法.结论,纳他霉素对所试黄曲霉菌、青霉菌和酵母菌具有较强的抑制作用.
Test tube dilution method and agar dilution method were used to study the fungistatic efficacy of natamycin and to observe the factors influencing its various antiputrefactive efficacy. Results: The minimum fungistatic concentrations of natamycin in inhibiting 3 test fungal strains measured by agar dilution method and test tube dilution method were 1.25 ~5.0 mg/L and 0.62~ 1.25 mg/L respectively. The result obtained by test tube dilution method was better than that obtained by agar dilution method. Conclusion : Natamycin has potent inhibitory effect on Aspergillus flavus, Penicillium and yeast.
