摘要
将硝酸铁溶液与正硅酸乙酯混合,用溶胶-凝胶法制备出Fe/SiO1粉状物作为催化剂,用化学沉积法裂解乙炔制备出无序多壁碳纳米管.扫描电子显微镜照片和透射电子显微镜照片显示碳纳米管相互缠绕,管径均匀,外径在9~13 nm左右.热重分析估计粗产品中碳纳米管的含量大约为50%,用XRD分析表明用此法制备的碳纳米管的石墨化程度比较高.
Non-aligned multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) was produced by chemical vapor deposition using the carbon from acetylene cracking; iron nanoparticles embedded in mesoporous silica, prepared by mixing iron nitrate solution and tetraethoxysilane in a sol-gel process, were employed as the talyst. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) images of the MWNTs show that they are densely packed tubes of 9~13nm in outside diameter.According to the thermogravimetry data, the MWNTs yield is more than 50%.The X-ray diffraction data suggest that these carbon nanotubes have a high degree of crystalline perfection.
