Influence of overhead traveling crane's wheel pressure on cost of industrial workshop and the control way

针对目前工业厂房与起重机轮压的关系,对现有计算轮压方式提出质疑,并分析一些实例,提出应从实际出发的观点,利用PLC程序控制并减小轮压,可大大降低厂房投资。

In view of relation between workshop and crane＇s wheel pressure, this paper raises a query on existing calculating method of wheel pressure and analyzes some real instances. And according to real situation, a viewpoint is put forward that by cost of workshop can be cut off enormously by adopting PLC control and reducing wheel pressure.
