摘要
研究政府和运输企业、物流企业博弈情况下物流线路网络容量最优设置问题。运用系统分析和博弈理论,通过对政府从宏观角度进行物流线路网络规划、建设与管理,运输与物流企业从企业微观角度进行物流线路优化调度的目标与博弈过程研究,建立上层政府追求系统广义物流费用最小化,下层企业追求自身企业费用最小化均衡配流的两级Stackelberg模型,具体优化采用基于ANN的优化计算、非线性规划灵敏度分析和多目标决策置换率相结合的综合仿真,例子仿真计算显示采用双层规划进行物流线路容量最优设置思想方法的正确性与可行性。
Regional logistics route network setting can be studied in terms of the game played by the government and transportation enterprises, logistics enterprises. With system analysis and game theory the goal and game procedures were discussed on the part of government planning, constructing and managing logistics from macroscopic point of view and on the part of the enterprises' schedule optimization from the microcosmic point of view. The Stackelberg model with two levels was established. The upper level goal of the government was to minimize the total generalized transportation cost of the system. The lower level goal of the enterprises was to minimize the cost of themselves with equilibrium traffic assignment. In the concrete algorithm the synthesis simulation method was adopted together with the optimization algorithm based on ANN, sensitive analysis of nonlinear programming and multi-object programming replacement rate. The simulation results of the example show that the thought and method are correct and feasible to determine the regional logistics route network with two levels prngramming.
