前囊抛光后囊撕囊预防后发性白内障初步观察

Primary study of posterior continuous curivilinear capsulorhexis binded with anterior capasular polishing for decreaseing the occurance of posterior capasular opacification.

目的探讨前囊抛光及后囊撕囊对预防后发性白内障的效果。方法对40例(58眼)进行白内障超声乳化手术,术毕进行前囊抛光及后囊撕囊术。结果术后2月、3月和6月后囊浑浊的发生率为5.17%(3/58),6.90%(4/58)和10.35%(6/58),对比同期未进行前囊抛光的病例,差别有显著性。结论采用前囊抛光及后囊撕囊可以明显降低后发障的发生率。

Objective To evaluate the effect of posterior continuous curivilinear capsulorehexis （PCCC） binded with anterior capasular polishing for decreasing the occurance of posterior capasular opacification （PCO） .Methods 58 eyes（40 patients）were performed phacoemalsification. During the surgery, PCCC binded with anterior capasular polishing was performed. Results The rate of PCO was 5.17%, 6.90% and 10.34% at 2,3 and 6 month post-operation. Compared with the eyes that hadn＇t perform anterior capasular polishing, the difference was significant. Conclusion It can decrease the occurance of PCO by performing anterior capasular polishing.
