沉降器和再生器两器型式对催化裂化装置能耗的影响 被引量:2

摘要 将国内外各种催化裂化装置根据其沉降器和再生器两器的型式分成四类,即:烧焦罐式再生(类型Ⅰ)、同轴单段再生或高低并列单段再生(类型Ⅱ)、高低并列逆流两段再生(类型Ⅲ)和三器(沉降器和两个再生器)并列两段再生(类型Ⅳ)。并根据国内催化裂化装置能耗统计数据对四类装置的能耗进行了分析,同时采用相同的基准对四类装置的能耗进行了模拟计算,从分析和计算结果看出,不同两器型式在能耗方面有先天的差别,烧焦罐式再生能耗最小,同轴单段再生或高低并列单段再生能耗较高,三器并列两段再生能耗更高,高低并列逆流两段再生能耗最高。 The FCC units both at home and abroad are divided into four kinds according to their disengager and regenerator configuration types, i.e. (Ⅰ)fast bed fluidizd regenerator, (Ⅱ) coaxial single stage catalyst regeneration or parallel regenerator and disengager with different height, (Ⅲ) parallel regenerator and disengager with different height, counter-current two stages catalyst regeneration and (Ⅳ) parallel disengager and two regenerators with two stages catalyst regeneration . The energy consumption of four kinds FCC units are analyzed based on domestic statistical data and the energy consumption of FCC units are simulate calculated. with same basis. The result shows that energy consumption of the four kinds FCC units from low to high is in the order of Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅳ and Ⅲ.
