摘要
对运转后S-RHT渣油加氢催化剂进行了剖析。采集了S-RHT反应器不同位置运转后的催化剂样品,利用ICP,SEM等手段对金属沉积及分布进行了剖析。结果发现,渣油中几种主要的重金属,Fe主要沉积在保护剂上,Ni主要沉积在HDM催化剂上,V在HG和HDM催化剂上均有大量沉积;而这些金属在HDS和HDN催化剂上的沉积量较少;催化剂上的金属沉积量随着床层深度增加而减少;HDM催化剂上,重金属Ni和V在单一颗粒上径向分布均匀;而在HDN催化剂上,Ni在径向分布均匀,V则大量存在于外表面。
The running S-RHT hydrotreating catalyst was analyzed. Samples from different positions of S-RHT reaetor were eolleeted and metal deposition and distribution at the running eatalysts were analyzed with ICP and SEM method. Analysis result shows that the deposition of main heavy metals in residue is as follows: Fe deposited mainly on guard eatalyst, Ni deposited mainly on HDM eatalyst, and V largely deposited both on HG and HDM eatalyst. The deposition amount of these heavy metals is relative small on HDS and HDN eatalysts. From the top to the bottom of eatalyst bed, the deposition amount of metals is deereased along with the reaetor downward. There is no Ni and V distribution gradient in radial direetion on a single pellet of HDM eatalyst. As for HDN eatalyst, Ni has a uniform distribution in radial direetion and V mainly exists on the surfaee of eatalyst.
