苦瓜总皂苷提取工艺的研究

摘要 优选水浴振荡提取方法,以苦瓜总皂苷含量为考察指标,研究了提取溶剂浓度、提取温度、固液比、提取时间、提取次数等因素对总皂苷含量的影响。通过正交实验,确定苦瓜总皂苷提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度60℃,固液比1∶14,乙醇浓度70%,提取时间3.0h,提取次数2次。 The water bath shaking was chosen as the optimum extraction method. Regarding the content of total saponins in Bitter Mellon as the index of investigating, the factors such as the extracting solvent concentration, temperature, solid-liquid ratio, extracting time and number of times that affect the content of total saponins were studied. According to the orthogonal experimental design, the optimum extracting condition of total saponins in Bitter Mellon was showed as followed: extracting temperature was 60℃, solid-liquid ratio was 1:14, alcohol concentration was 70%, extracting time was 3.0h, and extracting twice.
