摘要
目的探讨采用酶解处理结合超声波振荡处理对金花茶叶药用保健成分浸出率的作用效果。方法以茶多酚和总皂甙作为浸出指标,通过正交实验,确定从金花茶叶中提取药用保健成分的最佳提取工艺条件。结果最佳组合为超声波频率为25kHz,提取温度85℃,提取时间90min;中试生产的实际效果表明,新工艺与现行的生产工艺相比,茶多酚、总黄酮和总皂甙的浸提率分别提高了17.3%、13.2%和9.3%,抽提工序时间缩短了2h。
Objective A new extracting conditions of the pharmaceutical components of the leave of Camellia chrysanth (Hu) Tuyama was studied using an enzymolysis and ultrasonication compound technique. Methods from the extraction yield of tea polyphenol and total saponin, an optimum formula of the extraction was deduced by an orthogonal test. Results The result of pilot scale production suggested that the extraction rate of teapolyphenol, flavonoid and total saponin increase by a factor of 17.3%, 13.2%and 9.3% respectively under the condition of 25kHz, 85℃ and 90 min. Comparing to the former process conditions, and the extraction time was also 2 hours abbreviated.
