摘要
随着信息技术的发展,传统的集合型价值链发生以价值模块为基础的解构、整合和重建,形成具有差异化竞争优势的模块化价值链。不同企业的价值模块和模块化价值链在共同的界面标准内交叉连接、融合贯通,形成企业价值网络。企业价值网络集聚各成员企业的优势资源,将各能力要素协同在一个无形的网络平台上,通过不同组织模块间的协作、创新和竞争,能够产生新的竞争优势,使成员企业共享模块化经济、增强自生能力。企业价值网络的形成和拓展推动了企业边界的渗透和融合,导致企业有形边界与无形边界的分离。
With the development of information technology,the traditional aggregative value chains were disintegrated,integrated and reintegrated on base of value modularity and the modular value chains were come into being. The value modularity and modular value chains from different enterprises were linked crossly by the common interracial standard and the enterprises value network was engendered. The enterprises value network assembled the dominant resources of every member and cooperated with the ability factors on an intangible network platform. In virtue of the cooperation,innovation and competition within the different organization modules,the enterprises value network could generate new competitive predominance and made the members enhance the abilities of self-growth by sharing the modularity economy. The expanding of enterprise value network promoted firms' boundaries to infiltrate and induced the immateriality boundary to separate from the materiality boundary.
