水平微肋管内HC600a含油混合物的凝结压降特性实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过实验研究,给出了HC600a和一种制冷系统中广泛应用的润滑油Suniso 3GS的混合物,在不同冷凝温度,不同含油率在微肋管内的凝结压降随质量流率变化的关系曲线及经验关系式,并同理论计算的纯工质光管内的凝结压降进行了比较。结果表明:微肋管内压降随质量流率的增加而增大;润滑油的加入对R600a管内冷凝压降的影响不大;与光管相比,制冷剂含油混合物在微肋管内的压降随质量流率的增加增大更快。 The condensation pressure drop curves and empirical correlations for HC600a and a widely used oil (Suniso 3GS) mixture at different oil percentages, at different saturated pressures with the increasing of the mass flux were presented. The conclusions reached are as follows:the condensation pressure drop of the mixture increases with the increasing of the mass flux,the oil concentration has negligible effect on the condensation heat pressure drop, comparing the condensation pressure drop in Micro-fin Tube with that in smooth tube, the former increases much faster than the latter with the increase of the mass flux.
