摘要
制冷系统启动过程中状态参数变化范围大、速度快,如果用电子膨胀阀作节流元件,其控制不同于稳定运行时的控制策略。针对启动过程制冷系统的特点,提出了相应的电子膨胀阀控制策略;并通过实验进行了验证,取得了比较满意的结果。
Parameters of refrigeration system change largely and rapidly during start-up. If the electronic expansion valve is used as throttle device, the control strategy is difference from that of stable operation. The performance of refrigeration system during start-up is analyzed. Control strategy of electronic expansion valve is put forward, was tested by experiment. The test results show that it works well.
