大肠杆菌在增菌培养基中的生长实验

The study of Bacillus coli breeded in enriched culture

目的观察大肠杆菌在增菌培养基中繁殖的差异。方法通过不同来源大肠杆菌在三种增菌培养基中繁殖菌落数的比较,及在固体培养基中菌落大小的比较和对数生长实验,比较大肠杆菌在不同培养液中繁殖的差异。结果大肠杆菌在硫乙醇酸盐液体培养基中繁殖的速度最快,营养肉汤其次,胆盐乳糖增菌液最慢。结论大肠杆菌在营养肉汤、硫乙醇酸盐液体培养基、胆盐乳糖增菌培养基中,培养8h菌的落数,存在显著差异(t测验,2χ测验)。

OBJECTIVE To display the difference of Bacillus coli which breeded in different enriched culture. METHODS Compare the difference of Bacillus coli which breeded in three kinds of enriched culture and solid medium. RESULTS The speed of growth with Bacillus coli was the fastest in sulphur ethanol sour salt culture,lower in nutrition meat soup culture and the lowest in BL. CONCLUSION There is significant deviation in coenobiums with Bacillus coli which breeded in MH, FT and BL enrichment culture for eight hours.
