低排放摩托车用金属载体催化剂的开发及应用研究 被引量:1

Research on Preparation and Application of Metal Honeycomb Catalysts to Ultra-low Emission Two-wheeled Motorcycles

摘要 制备了摩托车用金属蜂窝载体催化剂,选取CG、GS及GY6三款典型的125mL发动机,采用在线分析仪和CVS定容测试系统在底盘测功机上按R40工况进行催化剂的整车匹配和排放检测试验,并选取其中的CG款骑式车进行了1万km的催化剂耐久试验。检测和耐久试验结果表明1)本文介绍的金属载体催化剂经匹配后,摩托车整车3种主要污染物的排放水平均低于排放限值(二阶段)的70%;2)催化剂经1万km耐久试验后基本没有劣化。 Metal honeycomb catalysts were prepared and applied to the motorcycles equipped with three typical engines : CG - 125, GS - 125 and GY6 - 125, for exhaust emission reduction. According to the ECE - R40, engine matching experiments as well as vehicle testing and evaluation were undertaken by online concentration analyzer and CVS testing system respectively on chassis dynamometer. On riding - type, two - wheeled motorcycle with CG - 125 engine was selected for 10,000 km durability testing to the prepared catalysts. The testing results indicated that while being matched correctly, the prepared catalysts can easily reduce the total emission of the selected motorcycles to 70% of the limitation value of the second stage standard, and the prepared catalysts deteriorated rarely after being aged for 10,000 km.
