International Experience of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Credit Guarantee and Its Implication for China

信用担保是解决中小企业融资难的重要举措,许多国家和地区把建立中小企业信用担保体系作为扶持中小企业发展的一项政策工具。本文首先综合考察中小企业信用担保体系在世界各国发展的基本情况并概括其主要发展经验,然后结合中国情况探讨现阶段应着重解决的几个问题。

The credit guarantee is an important measure against financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises （SMEs） , and many countries regard the SMEs credit guarantee system as a policy tool to support the SMEs. This article comprehensively surveyed SMEs credit guarantee system around the world and summarized its main experience, then discussed several important issues, which are of great reference for China.
