摘要
本文从全球主要发达国家的金融结构演变的历史轨迹出发,总结出金融结构演变的规律,并对此进行了制度经济学解释。同时分析了我国金融市场结构的发展状况及存在的问题,提出了优化我国金融结构的具体建议,认为我国要大力发展资本市场,重点是发展债券市场。
An effective financial market should not only include all kinds of factors, but also have a reasonable market structure. This paper focused on financial markets structure, analyzed the development and problems of Chinese financial markets structure. The author concludes that we should optimize China＇s financial markets structure.
