摘要
街道办事处除依照法律和法规的规定,开展街辖区内的居民工作、社区建设、城市管理和社会管理等工作外,还要根据相关职能部门的委托行使行政委托执法权。但由于相关法律的不完善和其他各种关系,街道办事处在我国的委托执法中处于一种混乱而矛盾的状态,为此,须清理并修改相关的法律法规并改进相关的工作,包括取得相关的法律依据、采取相应的程序和形式、经费的拨付,加强监督和对责任的追究。
The Subdistrict Office (SO) shall, according to the laws and regulations, carry on the work on the residence, the construction of the district and communities, the management of the city and the society and other urban work. It shall also enforce some authorized administration authorized by the related governmental depart- ments. Because of the imperfection of the laws and other relationships, the status quo of the authorized administration of the SOs is in confusion and conflict So, we have to sort out and modify the relative laws and regulations, and improve the authorized administration, which include receiving the authorization of the laws or regulation, taking the due process, appropriating the administration fees and supervising the authorized administration and the responsibility for the mistakes of the authorized administration.
