街道办事处与委托执法

街道办事处除依照法律和法规的规定,开展街辖区内的居民工作、社区建设、城市管理和社会管理等工作外,还要根据相关职能部门的委托行使行政委托执法权。但由于相关法律的不完善和其他各种关系,街道办事处在我国的委托执法中处于一种混乱而矛盾的状态,为此,须清理并修改相关的法律法规并改进相关的工作,包括取得相关的法律依据、采取相应的程序和形式、经费的拨付,加强监督和对责任的追究。
