摘要
纤维增强复合材料在土木工程中的应用越来越广,作为一种新型高性能结构材料,建立其性能检测的标准方法对研究与应用都是十分必要的,也是工程用材料市场规范化的保证,但由于研究与应用历史较短,目前材料性能检测所用标准都是借鉴复合材料的检测标准,还没有一个满足土木工程应用纤维增强复合材料要求的标准检测方法,为了尽快建立规范化的检测标准,通过大量的材料检测试验,着重研究了标准试件的长度、宽度以及厚度等尺寸对材料性能的影响,提出了碳纤维布性能检测的标准试件尺寸的建议,为标准检验方法的建立提供了基础资料。
Fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) material, which is a kind of advanced structural material, has been expanded in civil engineering. It is essential to establish a normative checking method for its research and application. It is also a guarantee to normalize FRP materials market. There is not a normal checking method that is suit for civil engineering now because of short period application. Thus the FRP materials are checked by standard of composite materials. A large amount of experimental studies on FRP materials have been finished, which focus on the effect of speciment size on property ; and the size of speciment includes length, width and layer of FRP sheets. Finally, suggestions on FRP sheet standard size are proposed for checking property, which provides an essential basis for establishing a normative checking method.
