摘要 采用精馏分离工艺提取乙烯裂解副产物C5馏分中的双环戊二烯(DCPD),利用DCPD馏分与溶剂油按一定比例混合,在一定温度和压力的条件下通过自由基聚合反应得到双环戊二烯石油树脂,研究了反应温度、恒温搅拌时间及不同溶剂等对双环戊二烯石油树脂质量的影响,确定了双环戊二烯石油树脂热聚合温度、压力、老化时间等工艺条件。 Dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) is extracted by rectification from the by-product C5 fraction of ethylene cracking blends with solvent oil at a certain ratio, and then DCPD petroleum resin can be produced by free radical polymerization reaction at a certain temperature and pressure. The influences of reaction temperature, the time of thermostatic agitation, different solvents, etc. on the quality of DCPD petroleum resin were studied, and the process conditions of temperature, pressure and extending the time of constant temperature, etc. of thermal polymerization for producing DCPD petroleum resin were determined.
