摘要 介绍了一种用于液固循环流化床换热器中的组合式固液分布器。利用体积容积法、U形管压差计和刻度尺研究了固液预分布器的结构形式在不同表观液速和液体黏度下对各管束中的固含率、下管箱静压降及床层高度的影响。采用标准差函数进一步衡量了管束间固含率的均匀程度。实验结果表明,双层挡板式预分布器在较低的下管箱静压降和床层高度下能将固体颗粒均匀地分布到各换热管束中。 A practical type of combined distributor used for solid-liquid circulating fluidized bed heat exchanger is introduced. In this paper, the effects of different type pre-distributors on solid holdup, static pressure drop in lower tube box and bed height were investigated under different operation conditions and physical properties. The volumetric method was used to measure solid holdup in different exchanger pipes, a U-shaped pipe was used to investigate static pressure drop in lower tube box and a ruler was used to measure the bed height of the vessel. The standard deviation was used to scale the uniform distribution degree of solid holdup in different exchanger pipes. Based on the experimental result, the two-floor baffle pre-distributors were able to effectively achieve uniform distribution of solid holdup in exchanger pipe with low static pressure in lower tube box and low bed height.
