摘要
目的:制备复方莪术油乳膏并建立其质量控制方法.方法:选用适宜基质,将莪术油和维A酸分别用β-环糊精包裹制成水包油型乳膏,采用紫外分光光度法测定维A酸的含量,并考察其稳定性.结果:维A酸检测浓度线性范围为1～8μg/ml(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.7%.结论:本制剂制备工艺合理,质量控制方法简便、可行,制剂质量稳定性良好.
OBJECTIVE： To prepare compound zedoary turmeric oil and to establish its quality control method. METHODS： Appropriate base was selected, the oil in water type emulsion was prepared by wrapping zedoary turmeric oil and tretinoin, respectively with 13- cyclodextrin, the content of the tretinoin was determined by spectrophotometry and its stability was determined as well. RESULTS： The linear range of tretinoin was 1～8μg/ ml（r = 0.9 997）, and the average recovery was 100.7%. CONCLUSION.＂ The preparation procedure for compound zedoary turmeric oil is feasible, and the quality control method is simple and feasible, the quality of the preparation is stable.
