摘要
目的:评价4种抗高血压药物治疗方案的成本-效果。方法:将212例高血压患者随机分为4组,A组给予氨氯地平,B组给予福辛普利,C组给予坎地沙坦酯,D组给予氯沙坦钾,观察各组疗效,并进行成本-效果分析。结果:C组疗效显著高于A、B、D组(P<0·05),且C组成本-效果比为4组中最低。结论:坎地沙坦酯(C组)方案治疗高血压较佳。
OBJECTIVE： To compare the, costs and effectiveness of 4 treatment regimens for hypertension. METHODS： 212 cases of hypertension were randomly divided into 4 groups,group A treated with amlodipine,group B treated with fosinopril,group C treated with candesartan cilexetil,and group D treated with losartan;the curative effects in each group were observed and cost effectiveness analyses were made, RESULTS： The effective rate in group C was markedly higher than those in other 3 groups（P〈0.05）,and the cost - effectiveness ratio in group C was the lowest. CONCLUSION：The regimen of candesartan cilexetil （group C）is the preferable one for hypertension.
