高校规章制度:问题、分析与建议

Analyses and Suggestions on the Construction of University Rules and Regulations

重视并加强高校规章制度建设,建立健全各项规章制度,是实现依法治校的重要前提,有利于促进高校管理工作科学、规范和高效。本文分析了目前高校规章制度建设中存在的问题并提出了建议。

It is an essential prerequisite for realization of university management in accordance with the law by paying due attention to and strengthening the construction of the rules and regulations of the universities and setting up and amplifying each of them. It helps to promote the university management to be scientific and normal, high-efficient. This paper makes some analyses of the problems and puts suggestions on the constructing of the rules and regulations of the universities.
