Constructing the Tutor Teams of Higher Level ——a Comparative Study between the U. S and China

导师队伍建设是研究生教育质量提升的关键。本文从美中比较的视角,对美中两国大学专任教师和研究生导师队伍的学位结构、职称结构、年龄结构、学科结构、学缘结构进行了比较,从而找出我国研究生导师队伍建设中存在的不足与差距,在此基础上,提出高水平研究生导师队伍建设的若干建议。

TThe construction of the tutor team plays a key role in postgraduate education. This article points out our tutor team＇s weakness from the aspects of ranks structure, degrees structure, ages structure and subjects structure by comparative research on the tutor team and full--time faculty in higher institutions in America and China, and then brings forward some suggestions in order to optimization our tutor team.
