Combination and Innovation:an Analysis on Operating Mode of Research-team in Research University

摘要在团队理论的基础上,界定研究型大学科研团队的内涵与特征,运用输入-过程-输出团队理论模型重点剖析师生团队、学科团队与项目团队三种类型科研团队的内在运行模式,提出以师生团队为支撑、以学科团队为龙头、以项目团队为纽带、以创新基地为平台,构建融合与创新的科研团队运行模式。 Based on the team theory, this paper firstly defines the meaning and characters of research-team in Research University, and then it analyzes internal operating patterns of three types including tutor-graduates-team, discipline-team and project-team by input-process-output model. Furthermore, a new mode of research-team is constructed on the combination and innovation of tutor-graduates-team ＆ disciplinary-team ＆ project-team ＆ innovation-base.
