Brief Introduction to the Administration of Mining Enterprises

矿山企业管理是根据矿山地质条件与生产技术特点研究矿山经营管理的科学,它涉及到对技术经济和人的管理,是跨自然学科、技术学科和社会经济学科的跨学科科学。我国矿山企业在管理方面,与技术先进的国家比,无论是管理理论、管理思想、管理方法都很落后。矿产资源的回采率很低,矿产资源的有用成分的综合利用程度也很低,安全问题突出。因此,研究矿山企业管理对改变我国矿山企业当前的落后面貌极为重要。

The administration of mining enterprises is a science with respect to mining operation and management study in accordance with the geological conditions and characteristics of production and technology of mine.It is transdisciplinary science including discipline of nature,technology,and social economics.Comparing with the advanced technology countries,the paper looks at some problems ——related administration of mining enterprises: the theory,idea and method of management are backward;both the percentage of recovery of mineral resources and the comprehensive utilization level of useful composition of mineral resources are relatively low;and the security problems are evident.To this end,the paper lays emphasis on the significance of studying the administration of mining enterprises for improving the backward situation.
