摘要
利用固定床中型试验装置研究了反应温度、压力和空速对直馏石脑油芳构化改质过程的影响.结果表明,在反应温度400~500℃、空速0.5~1.0 h-1和较低压力的条件下,能很好兼顾产品分布、产品性质和操作周期等方面的要求.对于强吸热的直馏石脑油芳构化改质装置,采用逐步升温的操作模式,不仅能得到相对稳定的产品分布和产品性质,还能延长催化剂的操作周期.20kt/a直馏石脑油芳构化改质工业装置运转结果表明,改质汽油能够满足90号清洁汽油的质量要求,改质汽油收率约为75%,液化石油气收率约为20%,操作周期为15天左右.
The effects of reaction temperature, reaction pressure and space velocity on upgrading of straight-run naphtha by aromatization were conducted on a fixed-bed pilot plant. The experiment results showed that under the conditions of a reaction temperature range of 400-500℃, a space velocity range of 0.5-1.0h^-1 and low reaction pressure, the product slate and product properties as well as the operating cycle were met the requirement. For the highly endothermic reaction of straightrun naphtha aromatization, temperature programming could not only obtain relatively stable product slate and product properties, but could also prolong the catalyst operating cycle. The running result of a 20kt/a commercial unit showed that the upgraded gasoline product met the 90 B clean gasoline requirement, the gasoline product yield was about 75% with a LPG yielded about 20%. The operating cycle was around 15 days.
