残炭测定方法及数据的相关性探讨 被引量:13

摘要 通过分析常减压蒸馏、焦化、减粘、加氢裂化、催化裂化及润滑油工艺等不同类型油样的残炭数据,考察了康氏法、微量法和电炉法残炭数据间的相关性。结果表明,除了催化裂化油浆、回炼油类样品外,三种残炭测定方法的数据基本一致;对于催化裂化油浆、回炼油类样品,三种残炭数据间的一致性较差,且呈现出微量法残炭小于康氏法残炭、康氏法残炭小于电炉法残炭的明显规律。不同残炭测定方法的细节差异和样品性质差异是导致不同残炭数据间一致性好坏的决定性因素。 By determining carbon residue (Rc) data of different type heavy oils from various processes, such as atmospheric and vacuum distillation, delayed coking, visbreaking, hydrocracking; catalytic cracking and lube oil processes, the correlations of Re data between Conradson, Micro and Electric Furnace testing methods were investigated. The test results indicated that for three methods, besides FCC slurry and recycle oils showed poor correlation, the Re by Micro was less than by Conradson, and the Re by Electric Furnace was the highest, for the Re data from the other samples which all had good correlations. The differences between the testing methods and sample characters were the key factors, which affeeted the Re data's correlation.
