CPAM乳液增强剂在漂白麦草浆中的应用

Application of CPAM Emulsion as the Strengthening Agent in Bleached Wheat Straw Pulp

就实验室自制的水包水型CPAM乳液在漂白麦草浆中的应用条件如CPAM乳液用量、与漂白麦草浆反应时间、填料的使用、浆料pH值、剪切强度等对其增强效果的影响作了深入研究,并探讨了CPAM乳液与价格较低的增强剂产品的共用效果,得出最佳应用条件,同时对其助留作用进行了初步评价。

Effects of some conditions on the application of water-in-water type cationic polyacrylamide （CPAM） emulsion prepared by our laboratory in the bleached wheat straw pulp were studied in detail.The conditions include the dosage of CPAM emulsion, retention time in wheat straw pulp, the usage of filler （i.e. talcum）, the pH value of the bleached wheat straw pulp, shearing strength and so on. Meanwhile, the strengthening effect was evaluated when part of CPAM emulsion was substitated by the low-cost one. Finally, corresponding optimum application conditions were obtained in this paper. In addition, the application of CPAM emulsion as a retention aid of the bleached wheat straw pulp was also appraised preliminarily.
