摘要
对影响转化出口甲烷含量的各种影响因素进行了全面分析,结合装置实际情况,优化工艺参数,适度放宽一段出口甲烷指标,一、二段兼顾;降低了管壁温度和运行消耗,效益显著。
Various factors having effect on outlet methane content of the reformer were analyzed in an allround way, and process parameters were optimized in light of the actual conditions of the unit. The outlet indexes of the primary reformer were duly relaxed, and the consideration was given to both of the primary and secondary reformer. Tube wall temperature decreasing and operation consumption reducing brought remarkable benefit.
