摘要
以碳酸钡、碳酸锶和二氧化钛等为原料,Y2O3为掺杂剂,制得了BaSrTiO3系介质瓷。用Automatic LCR Meter 4225测试了1 kHz条件下试样的电容量C和介质损耗因数D,并测试了–30~+125℃试样的C和tgδ,得到了试样相对介电常数εr及εr和tgδ随温度的变化曲线。结果表明,在室温下,试样的相对介电常数最大值εr max不小于5 500,tgδ的最小值不大于16×10–4。
BaSrTiO3 ceramics were prepared using BaCO3, SrCO3 and TiO2 etc as raw materials, Y2O3 as dopant. The capacitance C and dielectric loss factor D of the samples were measured with automatic LCR meter 4 225 under 1 kHz condition, and C and tgδ; were also obtained from -30℃ to +125℃. From those measurements, some properties of the samples, such as the dielectric constants, the variable rate of the dielectric constants and tgδ with temperature, were acquired. The results show that the dielectric constants of the samples can reach 5 500, tgδ of the samples can be decreased to 16 × 10^4 under room temperature.
